Welcome to Scuderia Alfa Romeo Houston. We are one of three Texas local chapters of the National Alfa Romeo Owners Club (AROC). The majority of Scuderia members live in the Houston-Galveston metropolitan area. We are a small Club consisting of 50-60 paid members. Membership in the local Club requires membership in AROC. Typically we meet once a month. Club events include: Social events (picnics, cookouts, restaurants), tech sessions and driving events (tours and cruises). We are a not-for-profit organization [501(c)3]. Membership is not required to participate in Club functions, but paid dues is our only source of revenue which allows us to provide food and beverages at Club functions. Special automotive repair tools, manuals, discounts and literature are available locally to paid members. We have many talented and enthusiastic members who are more than willing to share their Alfa Romeo experiences with you. We hope you enjoy the website and join us in our celebration of the marque. Event: Crawfish Boil
Date: Saturday, March 29, 2008
Time: 12:00 pm - until the food is gone (4 pm?)
Location: 1027 63rd Street, Galveston

It is time again for the annual crawfish boil in Galveston. Bring your
appetite, everything else will be provided. We will also have Ditta's Italian
sausage (both grilled and in the pot) for those that would prefer something
other than a mud-bug. The chef's "tasting" pot of crawfish, corn, potatoes,
etc. should be poured out around 11:30 am with full production commencing by
noon. If there is something else you want to cook in the pot or on the grill,
bring it along and we will cook it up. I'll get some hot dogs for the kids,
pleas indicate in RSVP if you need a hotdog. Directions from Houston - take
I-45 S to Galveston. Take Exit 1A -61st Street. Get in right hand land on
feeder road. Turn right at light on 61st Street. About 200' from ! light,
Turn right on Ave L (just before Hertz Car Rentals), if you see water on your
right, you have gone too far, turn around. Turn right on 63rd Street. 1027
is second house on left.
